Course Designer The course was built in 1958 and was designed by Dick Wilson. In 2000, Tom Weiskopf totally redesigned the course. One of the main revisions was to remove much of the dense vegetation that was previously on the golf course to better display the scenic coastline views. "The seaside location, lush Bahamian landscape and Sun's appreciation for quality and great golf allowed me to create a layout that is totally original and represents a course with which I am very proud to be associated. This is a course that will be played with enthusiasm, endlessly photographed and memorable from hole to hole." Link
